The International Association of Professional Business Consultants is a new membership organization created to provide services for people working as business consultants.

Membership is open to professional business consultants who may join as professional members, and to other individuals who may join as associate members. Applicants for professional membership agree to abide by a code of ethical conduct. 

Clayton Warholm serves as the volunteer Director of the International Association of Professional Business Consultants. A former regional director for the Canadian Management Centre, an affiliate of American Management Association Worldwide, Clayton is a working consultant who has guest lectured in management courses at the University of Calgary.
